A Type 01 Federal Firearms License authorizes the holder to deal in firearms — including handguns, rifles, and shotguns — and to conduct NICS background checks for firearm transfers to members of the public.
G&D LLC is authorized to accept firearms shipped to them for transfer and to conduct NICS background checks on behalf of the buyer.
