By using GunList, you certify that you are at least 18 years old (21 or older where required by federal or state law for the item in question), and that you are not prohibited from purchasing, possessing, or selling firearms under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any applicable state or local law.

You are solely responsible for verifying your own legal eligibility and that of the other party before completing any transaction.

You must be legally eligible to buy or sell firearms or related items. Age, permits, and other requirements vary by state.

GunList is a platform only — we do not hold inventory or provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for following all required legal steps.

GunList operates as an interactive computer service under 47 U.S.C. § 230 and is not the seller, buyer, or transferor of any item listed on this platform. GunList does not hold inventory, process firearm transfers, or facilitate payments for firearms.

All transactions occur solely between you and the other party. GunList is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the legality of any transfer, or the conduct of any party.

• Items illegal under federal or state law
• Unserialized or altered serials where unlawful
• Explosives or restricted accessories
• Stolen property or items you do not own
• Attempts to bypass background checks or straw purchases

GunList does not facilitate, process, or guarantee compliance with any firearm transfer. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for completing any required background check (NICS), routing the transfer through a licensed dealer (FFL) where required, and obtaining any approvals required for NFA-regulated items (e.g., ATF Form 4).

Interstate transfers, shipping of firearms, and shipping of ammunition must comply with all applicable federal, state, and carrier rules. GunList is not a party to, and assumes no liability for, the manner in which any transfer is completed.

The following are strictly prohibited without our prior written consent:

• Automated access to the site, including scraping, crawling, or data harvesting by bots, scripts, or similar tools
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass bot protection, CAPTCHAs, login walls, rate limits, or other access controls
• Aggressive or high-volume requests that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Extracting, reproducing, or republishing listing data, images, or other site content for use outside the platform

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, IP blocking, and legal action, including but not limited to claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and applicable state and international law.

Expected conduct

• Respectful communication, no harassment or hate speech
• No spam, irrelevant ads, or self-promotion
• Use comments for questions; negotiate in direct messages

We may remove content or suspend accounts for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Repeated rule violations or spam
• Harassment, threats, or doxxing
• Impersonation or misrepresentation

GunList may suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause, including for violations of these rules. We are not obligated to provide a reason for suspension or termination.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination.

GunList respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a notice identifying the material and your contact information through our Contact page.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

The platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GunList and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform or any transaction with another party, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GunList and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your listings, your use of the platform, your violation of these rules, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
