Pawnbroker
A Type 02 FFL authorizes a licensed pawnbroker to accept firearms as collateral and to transfer them to customers after completing required NICS background checks.
THE STOCKPILE is authorized to accept firearms shipped to them for transfer and to conduct NICS background checks on behalf of the buyer.
