A Type 01 Federal Firearms License authorizes the holder to deal in firearms — including handguns, rifles, and shotguns — and to conduct NICS background checks for firearm transfers to members of the public.
POST EXCHANGE LLC is authorized to accept firearms shipped to them for transfer and to conduct NICS background checks on behalf of the buyer.
