A Type 02 FFL authorizes a licensed pawnbroker to accept firearms as collateral and to transfer them to customers after completing required NICS background checks.
PAWN NOW I is authorized to accept firearms shipped to them for transfer and to conduct NICS background checks on behalf of the buyer.
