Dealer – Destructive Devices
A Type 09 FFL authorizes the holder to deal in destructive devices such as large-bore firearms, grenades, and similar NFA items, and to conduct transfers to qualified buyers.
THE OZZY SHEPHERD is authorized to accept firearms shipped to them for transfer and to conduct NICS background checks on behalf of the buyer.
