This Springfield Armory TRP Carry represents a purpose-built tactical platform derived from the FBI Hostage Rescue Team's Professional 1911 design. The firearm features a 4.25-inch match-grade stainless steel barrel with full support ramp and 1:16 rifling, paired with forged carbon steel construction throughout. Both frame and slide receive Cerakote finish for enhanced durability. The compact 7.9-inch overall length and 35.5-ounce weight provide excellent carry characteristics without sacrificing shootability. VZ Grips Hydra G-10 scales offer secure purchase, while tactical rack tritium three-dot sights ensure rapid target acquisition in varied lighting conditions. The Commander-length recoil system provides smooth cycling and reliability. Each pistol ships with three magazines—eight rounds for the standard black model or seven rounds for the light rail variants in black or coyote finish. Hand-fitted to exacting standards, this new inventory is ready for immediate use.
