This new Smith & Wesson M&P FPC in 9mm features a compact folding design that collapses from 30.375 inches to 16.375 inches, making it highly portable while maintaining a full-size shooting platform. The 16.25-inch barrel is threaded 1/2-28 with thread protector included, and the semi-automatic blowback action delivers reliable performance. Optics-ready with an integrated recoil buffer system, the rifle accepts M&P pistol double-stack magazines and ships with three magazines totaling 17, 23, or 10-round capacities depending on configuration. The aluminum frame with polymer grip provides durability at 5.78 pounds, while M-LOK handguard slots and Picatinny rail accommodate accessories. The horizontal folding mechanism doesn't interfere with top-mounted optics, and the in-stock magazine storage with quick-release system enables swift reloads.
